Sale of HSBC Germany’s Private Banking business completed

Further to our announcement of 23 September 2024, HSBC Continental Europe S.A.,Germany (‘HSBC Germany’) has completed the sale of its Private Banking business in Germany to BNP Paribas on 3 October 2025.
