Sale of HSBC Germany’s Private Banking business completed
Further to our announcement of 23 September 2024, HSBC Continental Europe S.A.,Germany (‘HSBC Germany’) has completed the sale of its Private Banking business in Germany to BNP Paribas on 3 October 2025.

HSBC Continental Europe has reached an agreement to sell its fund administration business to a fund managed by BlackFin.
Sale of custody business in HSBC Germany
HSBC Continental Europe has reached an agreement to sell its custody business in Germany to BNP Paribas.
